For our client in Lower Saxony we are looking for a PMO for a Carve Out (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Coordinate the operational project management of the work stream leads
- Prepare decision material for the work stream lead
- Organize and preparate meetings, including hosting, wrap-up and documentation
- Prepare project related status update meetings with management
boards as well as respective presentations
- Coordinate and support work stream leads
- Create project reportings for work stream leads and program managers
- Act as the main point of contact for client
- Support risk management
- Conduct Portfolio Office Management tasks (project creation, monthly status updates in
POT, change request management, project closure and acceptance report)
- Perform project coordination and team management by use of holiday / absence calendar,
task list and risk reporting, creation of project organisation charts
- Act as CWS point of contact with regard to order process of external specialists and
alignment of booking actions
- Plan project milestones for all IT projects and identify / highlight dependencies
between the different projects
- Undertake controlling activities, such as creation of PCR, request of WBS elements & cost
allocation, do project controlling by monitoring adherence to budgetary project
requirements and SAP alignment as well as project closure
- Create invoices and bills, evaluate actual quotations
- Prepare reporting documents (e.g. to M&A)
- Organize and moderate status calls for project team members
- Preparate the PSC (Project steering committee) meetings and create all relevant
presentations as well as minutes
- Set up SharePoint structure for consolidated project related information across workstreams
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience in project/program environments as PMO
- Proven experience in IT de-merger / carve out projects
- Fluent in English and German
- Ready to travel several days a week
