For our customer in Munich, Germany we are currently searching for a IT Procurement Consultant(w/m)Project Start: 15.11.10
Project duration: 6 Months
Location: Munich
Description:
- Strategic and operational purchasing of IT services and software licenses
- Commercial procurement support in preparing and evaluating RFIs and RFPs
- Interface to IT department on commercial aspects of Service Level Agreements (SLA), Statements of Work (SOW) and IT contracts
- Contracts and license management (incl. contract draft and negotiation)
- Supplier management and operational procurement/sourcing activities
- Optimising purchasing processes
- fluent English and working knowledge of Germanb>Know-How:
- Several years experience in IT sourcing/procurement/purchasing
- Experience working on international IT outsourcing projects
- Expertise in contracts management and supplier management
- Strong communicator, intercultural competence and problem solver
Language Knowledge:
- Written and spoken English know-how is essential, all contracts will be in English
- working knowledge of German is necessary
