R&D Engineer Hardware Design (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Specify and develop analogue and digital circuits
- Develop a gate unit for IGBTs in a medium voltage frequency converter
- Execute functional, environmental and EMC test
- Create technical documentation
- Cooperation in a multinational, global work environment
Main qualifications
- Technical university degree
- Work experience in analogue and digital circuit design in an industrial environment
- Strong understanding of design for manufacturing and testing requirements
- Experienced in design of IGBT gate units
- Experienced in laboratory test setups
- Preferably knowledge of IPC standards
- Mandatory Mentor Graphics PADS skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), fluency in German is beneficial
