- Creating specifications: detailed requirements, system design, interface agreements - visualising complex matters concerning the background of stakeholders.
- International stakeholder mgmt. - business, requestors, vendors, developers, testers, operations, experts
- Negotiation of documents, timelines and agreements
- Project plan management
