Task:Ensure alignment of responsibilities between National Companys and SI
Monitor and track all deliverables by the National Companys and SI linked with NGCRM
Align with vertical streams to ensure a synchronized approach across National Companys
Monitor external dependencies in National Companys
Manage escalations to central Delivery Management
Localized mainly in accordant National Companys
Supports the formulation of project contents and ensures their consistency
Ensure that the sub stream receive the right information at the right time regarding project and system integrator performance.
Monitor system integrator progress to ensure project objectives are delivered on time, on budget and on scope
Setup a risk and issue monitoring together with Platform Delivery Manager
Requirements (Must have):
Senior Project Management Skills with at least 10 years experience with international multicultural projects
5 years of project management in a telecommunicational environment
Management of Project Managers experience
Should be experienced in monitoring and leading of system integrators.
Distinctive ability to communicate in cross county programme
Excellent know how in Conflict- and Escalation-Management
Experienced in high complexity IT projects and business transformation
Experienced with nearshore / offshore delivery models
Knowledge of Application Rollout Approaches

Optional but highly desirable: CRM (Siebel 8.1 CRM Process) know how
Englisch fließend
