Aufgabengebiet:
• Organizes and maintains the Program Management Office
• Does follow-up of program goals and milestone planning
• Collects status reports and consolidates it into a program report
• Used to meet milestones
• Organize project events and meetings
• Supports standard project communication channels (Email
announcements, invitations, feedback collection)
• Serve as a Program SPOC (single point of contact) and dispatch
incoming request to there relevant people/roles
Fachliche Qualifikation:
• Experienced in Program management and the respective duties of a PMO
• Worked in international program environments
• Used to communicate with middle management roles
• Excellent Communication skills
• Well organized working habits
• Works well under pressure
• Proficient in English
• Advanced User of MS Office (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
