For our customer we are currently looking for a Scrum Master (m/w/d), RemscheidDescription:
Scrum Master in a scaled agile environment as part of a team.
The project is a SAP template design project with S/4HANA. The organization will be set up with 6 business teams (Lead-to-Order, Service-to-Retention, Order-to-Cash, Forcast-to-Stock, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and several platform teams (development, data migration, etc.).
Your duties:
- Work with the team in the ramp up phase to define the way of working
- Be responsible for methodology train the team on agile methodology
- Moderate the scrum events, identify and follow up impediments
Skills:
- Primary: Proven experience as scrum master in scaled agile environments (preferably SAP projects)
- Secondary: Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, experience with SAP Activate, background in manufacturing or service industry environments
- Language: English required plus preferably German
