Aufgaben:

or an interesting project in the automotive sector we are looking for an ASPICE Process Expert (m/f/d).

Your tasks include:
+ Responsible that internal and customer projects are in compliance to the development processes and Automotive Standards like Automotive SPICE
+ Performs Gap Analysis and Assessments to evaluate the compliance of projects to ASPICE
+ Definition of action and Improvement Plans
+ Identification of actions items, planning and prioritization of action items
+ Performs regular tracking, monitoring and reporting on improvement plans and initiatives for implementation of ASPICE / Process Compliance
+ Preparation of customer assessments (ASPICE)
+ Performs trainings on ASPICE if needed
+ Defines and Generates regularly KPIs to measure the compliance to ASPICE
+ Participates continuous improvement and enhancement of internal processes to be compliant to ASPICE

Anforderungen:

+ Expert knowledge Automotive SPICE Standard (Ceritifed ASPICE Assessor desirable)
+ Very good MS Office skills
+ Very good knowledge of methods and tools in System and Sw Development
+ 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
+ English written and spoken/ German basic skills
+ Good knowledge about Project Management methods
+ Requirements Management and Configuration Mangement System Knowledge
