Project description:
As part of our client´s organization the “Contract & IT Sourcing Management” (CSM) unit internally manages software licenses, vendors and accompanied contracts to ensure the strategic alignment of the business needs and the procurement strategy design and execution.
Task:
• Prepare and execute 2019 contract negotiations with strategic vendors and consultant onboarding phase afterwards. Specific items will be;
o Align and execute contract negotiations of IT- contracts (outsourcing, SaaS, cloud and other enterprise agreements) and supervise complete negotiation/Contract Change Management Process
o Define negotiation and sourcing strategies and tactics, evaluation criteria and decision parameter
o Implement best in class (outsourcing) contracts with precise and clear SLAs, reports and flexible pricing to ensure robust and cost efficient service delivery at high quality
o Align and maintain the content of contracts, keep contracts updated and control the implementation, fulfilment and compliance by the service provider
o Act as the primary contact between project teams and/or business units, procurement and legal department, ensuring that all legal, service descriptions and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
o Perform vendor management activities like preparing respective supplier review meetings incl. creation and evaluation of relationship surveys
o Development and integration of contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement
o Ensure proper contractual documentation of technical/functional service descriptions and commercial principles to ensure successful and sustainable partnerships with suppliers as well as a competitive environment
o Create Business value by steering costs and create innovative saving measures
