Aufgaben:
Working in an international agile digital project with more than 150 involved people.
The project is setup in an agile way with SAFe as a framework. The candidate will work in a team of around 10 people in the area of Enterprise Access Management. The team takes care on all needed processes and documentations to lift the platform on an automated and compliant level. Tasks for the candidate will be the definition of user management processes, the alignment of those processes with business stakeholders as well as the needed documentation and instrumentation of it.
***Onsite 512h, €/h; Offsite 128h, €/h; 40h Reisezeiten (Munich and Bucharest)***
Fach-Skills:
Should have:
- strong skillset in the area of User & Authorization Management
- knows the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001 very well
- is able to implement and document processes and monitorings in the area of user management
- strong conceptual skillset and the ambition to draft, concept and implement a generic and application specific concept for a completely new Digital Cloud Platform
- willing to write user management operations manual
Nice to have:
- Knowledge/Experience in agile methodologies could be advantageous
Soft-Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complex matrix organisation and quick to adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent communication skills, managing stakeholders at an executive level
- Ability to simplify technical jargon into concise easy to understand facts for the key stakeholders
- A team player, committed to working in a team
- A resilient and calm approach whilst working through crisis issues in a pressurised environment
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
- German (ideally native), English (Business Fluency)
