C++/QT Software Engineer - Immediate Start - Cologne, Germany - 60 - 75 EUR/hr - +6 months
We are now looking for an experienced C++ Software Engineer to join a team as our client customer base continues to grow.
As an experienced C++/QT Software Engineer, you will be part of a small team of 4 developers and will work closely with them to deliver projects on time. You will be a valued member of the team and will have the responsibility to come up with creative solutions to unique problems.
Using cutting-edge technologies and the best hardware they are attempting to make the most out of new compilers, frameworks and build tools to provide a competitive advantage.
You will help design and develop new features for existing software and investigate/diagnose any customer problems.
Your work will involve:
Coding and testing to meet quality standards
Analysis and design of new requirements
Supporting existing software and product features
Estimating the effort required to deliver new features and fixes
Problem-solving
Providing your views as part of regular team discussions
Ideal skills:
5+ years of experience of C++
3+ years of QT experience
Some QML experience
Ability to effectively use source code management
Be able to provide accurate estimates for your work
The ability to share knowledge with team members to improve overall effectiveness
Desirable skills:
Knowledge of TypeScript, SQL, HTML, CSS
