Beschreibung
- Support the global Job Architecture projecto Finalizing the holistic JD setup
o Ensuring a proper mapping of workforce to new structure
o Develop respective training materials, and implement measures derived from these projects.
- Support the development of a new German Entgeltstruktur
o Support definitions for the new setup
o Driving and project managing the topic together with external lawyers and the workscouncils
- Participate in remuneration benchmark surveys and prepare relevant reports and analyses
Additional tasks:
- Support monthly HR reporting, execute target vs. actual comparisons (including budget vs. forecast variances) and prepare workforce metrics
- Provide (ad-hoc) reports and statistics
- Ensure data quality for compensation processes and maintain data for existing systems; conduct system tests, analyze performance issues and find adequate solutions
Anforderung:
- Experience and knowledge in Mercer IPE (International Position Evaluation-System) and Mercer TRS (Total Remuneration Surveys)
- Experience in redesigning and developing a German Entgeltstruktur
