Oracle LSH Senior Support - Germany
A multinational consultancy service organisation are seeking a talented Oracle LSH Senior Support.
The position offers an opportunity to add value to a long-term and essential project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with root cause analysis of technical problems in development, test, quality assurance or production LSH environments;
- Work with 3rd party support as needed to own and resolve technical issues that may
arise either from the existing implementation or ongoing product enhancements - Access and analyse requirements needed to implement changes and advise on the
options available to support the request within the system constraints while assessing
potential risks and impact - Assist with implementing regulated changes to the LSH system and supporting tools, as part of project or regular change activities.
- Participate in user requirements and specification meetings
Experience and skills required:
- Proven experience working with Oracle's Life Science Hub (LSH), including knowledge of the Front End and Back End of the system
- Unix/Linux Systems
- LSH debugging & troubleshooting Basic
- SAS programming a bonus
- SQL skills desirable
