Consulting and support in the development and operation of a Center of Excellence
This can include the following main tasks
- Drive the formation of a centre of excellence
- Ensure the RPA journey is aligned to the plan and executed as designed and provide escalation management
- Evaluate Automation team structure and expertise
- governance plans
- CoE model
- operational model, life cycle
- program goals and KPIs
- demand management
- bot development dashboards
- sprint planning, review process, outcome
- Bot/Process velocity
- User acceptance testing process
- RoI process and documents
- provide recommendations/best practices to create a mature RPA CoE to reduce cycle time, errors, cost and increase efficiency
