Technology Architect - OpenText Content Suite
Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Rate: €400 per day (Negotiable)
Duration: 6 months + Possible Extension
Start: ASAP
As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients business needs. Location for this position is Stuttgart, Germany. This position may require travel and or relocation

Qualifications:
Basic:
*Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
*At least 12 years of experience on Enterprise Content Management development
*Must be proficient in English and either German or French
*Experience in user-centered design (UCD), planning & conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
*Experience in end to end Digital Transformation technology projects
*Acted as anchor for taking ownership and bottom line responsibility for all respective requests/requirements
*Excellent communication skills
Skills and Experience:
OpenText Content Suite (OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, xECM)
JD:
*Experience: 12+ Years of experience in ECM space with hands on experience on OpenText Content Suite 16.x
*Assist in defining scope and sizing of work
*Architecture and Solution Design of OpenText based Enterprise applications
*OpenText Content Server development expertise
*Pipeline & Archive server development expertise
*OTDS expertise
*Records Management administration experience
*Experience in web services and OScript
*Exposure to development of custom modules using CWS/REST APIs
*Experience of scanning and capture solution
*Experience on StreamServe and AppWorks would be an added advantage
*Implement the solutions and create technology differentiation
*Leverage partner technologies
*Participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring best-fit and high quality technical solutions
*Gives consultation to TLs on complex coding and technical/product issues in order to ensure effective solution development
*Creates, consult and reviews architectural decisions, architecture solution, performs re-engineering of architectures in order to create solution blueprint to meet project requirement.
*Creating thought leadership in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms
*Evangelizes Tech Brand in specific area. (By Anchoring Tech Day, White Papers, speaking in Forums etc) in order to strengthen competency/expertise in technology/domain
*Evangelize usage of reusable frameworks and artefacts
*Create knowledge/certification artefacts & evaluation criteria
*Guide or provide technical training in relevant technology areas, in order to develop talent in technology/domain
*Strategy & Road Map Definition (Technical & Domain): Perform As-is analysis and provide To-be recommendations
*Evaluate product technology solution and provide solution to specialized problems in order to provide inputs on technical and domain Road Map
*Leads technical discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide technical differentiation to the relationship
*Experience working on development projects on Agile methodology with CI/CD DevOps setup
*Experience in Digital domain, Finance knowledge will be added advantage
*Excellent Technical and Analytical skills
*Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
