We are looking for a resource with DevOps Engineer – Deploy Consultant experience and the following skill-set:Position description:
• We are looking for an external consultant who will be able to support development activities in our central Build process to implement an automated build in a DevOps environment.
• In the area of “Deploy” tools, we are searching resources to support the transition from today “Gandalf” tailor made solution into the DevOps direction.
• DevOps Engineer is an accomplished technical leader, proactive customer-focused advocate, a team player with substantial software engineering experience, preferably with some experience within the finance industry.
Typical responsibilities:
• Support the transition from todays “Gandalf” tailor made solution into the DevOps direction, e.g. by introducing API´s.
• Drive the improvement of Gandalf Deploy tool
• Implement new features according to agreed priorities
• Fix existing Bugs and adopt to changing environments like Security requirements, technical architecture of Environment and many others
• Support our customers, the Application Owners and –Developers in Unicredit Services, in using the tool or onboarding new applications
Experience with:
• 6+ years of experience of full lifecycle development
• 6+ years of experience in manage and implement DevTools in a DevOps environment
• Expert J2EE Developer (mandatory)
• JPA knowledge (would be good)
• Scripting knowledge (basic knowledge of unix systems) (optional)
• SQL knowledge (mandatory)
• Websphere Application Server (especially WAS9)
• Good communication skills
• German and English proficient in writing & spoken
• Expertise in IT-Projects with UniCredit Services (nice to have)
