Hi,I'm looking for SAP Senior ERP Consultant with SAP ATTP functional experience for a long term project.
Project :
Implementing SAP Advanced Track & Trace Pharmaceuticals will provide a fit for purpose and scalable platform on new technology.
Current Pharma & Sandoz SAP AII/OER applications for Serialised data regulatory reporting are close to end of life after 10 years in use, and are not fit for purpose to manage ever increasing data volumes for regulatory submission. Data volume spike (+500% ) starting in Nov 2018 for USA serialisation and EUFMD Feb 2019 regulations run the risk of overloading the existing platforms resulting in compliance issues and leading to loss of sale.
Implement Single x-divisional system ATT to cater for all current business processes and interfaces in AII/OER.
Implement standard ATT Functionalities, for “out of the box” country reporting, both current and future.
Fit for purpose & future proof platform to support all divisional SPT business processes and reporting requirements
Full synergies with one system, standard SPT processes and regulatory reporting in SAP ATT.

Experiences / Skills
• At least 1 year full SAP ATTP project implementation cycle
• 2 years` experience in management of full Project Implementation cycle (experience in manufacturing) in ECC6 environment
• Good knowledge of business processes within areas of functional proficiency
• Strong skills to extensively analyze business processes and requirements
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
• Strong business/client engagement skills
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
• Familiar with pharma project methodology and approach
• Experience in working in international environments and teams
• Languages: English fluent (spoken and written)
Scope Summary
Business Process
In scope:
? Activation of ECC material master add on ATTP has be enhanced to implement serialization related fields.
? Impact of material master on Pharma Batch Master has to be adapted to carry the serialized batch master.
? GS1 Core PML structure (hierarchy upload to SAP) has to be implemented and has to be tested.
? Up to 4 level hierarchy has to be tested.
? All China existing functionalities from Pharma & Sandoz has to be implemented.
? All India Dava related requirements (UDs) from Pharma & Sandoz has to be fulfilled.
? Pharma Network integration need to be fulfilled to meet the Partner labeling and CMO requirements (Requirements which are in scope of current implementation)
? EU FMD integration with Pharma Network should be implemented and tested.
? Current mobile related transactions which are in usage should be available. Exception processing, sampling, delivery packing etc.
? Warehouse labeling requirements related to serialization should be implemented.

Deliverables
• Joins to regular project meetings
• Prepares for tollgate reviews and functional reviews
• Support quality reviews and the implementation of required corrective actions
• Ensures that the project is in accordance with the methodology
• Supports the IQ report preparations
• Supports the Validation report preparation
• Supports the Test reports preparation
• Supports the Service transition report preparation
• Supports the issue resolution
• Manages project risks, cross project, functional issues, and proactively starts mitigation actions in agreement with project management (escalate issues to project management)
• Support the creation and maintenance of the Functional Specifications
• Reviews the deliverables as per the review and approval processes
• Provides regular status reports to Team Lead and Project Manager
• In case of deviations in work plan develops mitigating actions to solve the problem, escalates to Project management if required
• Customizes and configures the system
• Supports the data migration testing activities

• Supports the cutover planning and cutover activities
• Supports the day in life/week in life activities
• Supports the test planning and scheduling
