Agile Scrum Master (German):Must have skills:
1.) Strong Agile skills including demonstrable history as a Scrum Master on multiple projects
2.) Strong communication skills - German & English
3.) Fungible: Able to perform other tasks, such as Analysis and/or Quality Assurance activities to assist the Scrum team
Nice to have skills:
1.) Certification / Accreditation in Agile ~ preferably Scrum or derivative
2.) Experience of working in Banking Domain
Perform Scrum Master duties for the individual teams. Expected to facilitate the teams, help organise their tasks, coach members in Agile techniques. Expected to participate in delivery activities as well in the form of analysis and/or QA.
