Duration:
Days: 4 Days per week
Where: Leverkusen/Koln
Tasks
-Regular Management Reporting of progresses
-Conception and implementation of processes
-Consulting the areas of ServiceNow platform extension - How to
-Record and analyze of new requirements in relation to the ServiceNow processes and modules
-Consult in strategic framework - How To
-Documentation of all changes within the project and their processes
-Planning and coordinating of task for the development team
Skills
- Years of experience with IT and Service Management Projects
-Years of experience with Implementations to ServiceNow
-Experience with ServiceNow configurations/customizing/Scripting/development
-Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially within ITSM
-ITIL Expert
-Prince2
(-ServiceNow certified System Administrator)
