Project Description:
Securing our production lines against cyber security threats, Henkel Security team has identified potential for improvement and setup a project called “Production (ICS) IT-Security” to raise the security level at Henkel’s production lines.
During the execution phase of this project, which will happen from , it is the project teams’ ambition to cover TOP 20 out of 185 production sites Henkel worldwide to perform an in-depth cyber security analysis.
Prior to that it is intended by the project team to refine the general approach for the security management in the field of ICS (Industrial Control Systems).
Task Description:
- coordinating “surveys” in several Henkel production sites in the course of 2019
o by pre-analyzing production sites regarding local IT environment (LAN, WLAN, ICS components & protocols, remote access, etc.)
o by using Sentryo CyberVision toolset (or comparable product) for asset inventory, mapping and displaying the communication flows between the specific components
- cosult in creating a general design concept for Henkel ICS services and solutioning
- set-up an approach how to tackle cyber security surveys in 2019
Experience with
- Technical ICS security
- in-deep knowledge on security and the broader cyber defense for industrial environments
- Hands on experience with security of ICS and the relevant various components and architectural variations within ICS environment
- Awareness of the latest attacker techniques and procedures within the ICS domain
- Strong understanding of common protocols used in the ICS environment (profibus, profinet, etc.)
- implementing, assessing and managing ICS security environments
- Existing experiences in solutions for industrial cybersecurity and operational visibility (setup, configuration & handling), including ICS Security Monitoring tools, like Sentryo, Nozomi, Security Matters, Dragons, etc.
- Technical IT security
- Broad understanding and working knowledge in the area of IT network (LAN, WLAN, Remote Access, etc.) and IT security such as firewalls (e.g. industrial firewalls), network protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, ARP, MAC-addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- General IT, etc.
- VMWare
- Project Management
- Ability to share your in-depth knowledge with the team to train less experienced colleagues
- Fluent in English, due to the international character of the project
