Keil Business Solutions GmbH is innovative Google Reseller and IT Service Provider.We are currently looking for a customer project for
1st & 2nd Level Support (w/m/d)
Tasks:
• Ticket monitoring in ITSM Tool
• Work on Incidents
• Perform Interface monitoring
• Perform application and system monitoring
• Analysis and dispatching of request tickets and user calls
• Work on Change Requests, Standard Changes and Service Requests
• Create and update system and process documentation
• Perform and prepare daily status calls
• Identify improvement measurements
• Support Audits
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports
Skills:
• SQL / PL SQL: creation of intermediate complex statements
• ITSM Tool
• SQL Developer
• Shell Scripting
• VBA Scripting
• ITIL Certification - Foundation Level
• Very good interpersonal communication skills
• Working experience in international projects
• Working experience in the area of financial risk management (nice to have)
• Previous working experience in financial industry
• Relevant level of experience in order to provide service (at least four years professional experience)
• For security reasons, citizen of the EU
• Experience in the financial industry (nice to have)
• Business fluency of English and German
Start: ASAP (later start possible until 01.05.2019)
Duration: 6 Month +Option
Volume: 4-5 Days per Week
Location: Munich
