Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP MDM Consultant to join the team of its multinational end-user client in Shanghai/Suzhou, China for 9months + on a full-time basis.
This is a contract position.
To be considered for this role, ensure your experience meets or exceeds the 'minimum core attributes'
Minimum core attributes:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' overall experience with 2-3 years' experience in MDM related function (Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master etc), with SAP MDG experience
- Bright energetic thinking, experience of working in project environment and stick tightly to project schedule.
- Experience in implementation of MDM processes, interfacing with business
- Experience in complex IT system environments & business environments
- Understanding of external factors influencing master data management such as competitors, regulatory requirements, best in class practices, etc.
- Leverages best in class examples, key expert/key stakeholder input to design the appropriate MDM foundation
- Leverages business understanding and its requirements in the design of the MDM project agreed end states/outcomes
- Is recognised as a credible business partner for cross-functional teams and across the different functions.
- Keeps deadlines and produces high quality output
- Fosters a constructive dialogue with functions and key stakeholders
- Strong communicator and change agent
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, experience on data migration/data cleansing etc
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) Chinese & English
