Project:Development of a project methodology.
Requirements:
- 15+ years experience in an Information Technology environment.
- 5+ years on development and deployment of project. methologies in a larger (+5'000 employees), global organisation.
- Expertise in CMMI and experience in developing waterfall methodologies based on CMMI.
-Open-minded, flexible, communicative and internationally oriented.
- Experience in dealing with cultural aspects in projects (in this case: CH, UK, US).
- Strong client orientation.
- High degree of self motivation.
- The person must speak and write English fluently and must be in the position to interact without any hinderence with other Subject Matter Experts and Senior Mangement in English.
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
Objectives and work expectations (concrete tasks):
- Collecting requirements from project managers and other stakeholders.
- Preparation of and participation in stakeholder workshops.
- Designing and developing components of the methodology (processes, templates, tools).
- Development and running trainings.
- Making presentation on senior management level.
- Represent a functional area in a corporate wide project.
- Train the organisation.
