Für unsere Serviceprojekte bei namhaften Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) Server Admin Netware/OES (m/w)
Tätigkeiten
• Registry, classification, analyzing and resolving of customer tickets and orders (Unicentre Service Desk)
• Manage and solve Incidents and problems in close collaboration with the competence Centre in Region Mannheim/Ludwigshafen, plan and implement changes using the standard processes and procedures (ITIL) and ensure SLA´s are kept
• Implement changes according standard processes and procedures
• Co-operation with other service units in Europe
• Documentation of solutions in the solution database
• Quality assurance: Maintain and update tools in use like CMDB, AHD
• Creation of escalations and monitoring of the escalation procedures
•Coordination of IMACs and Incidents

Allgemeine Anforderungen
• Technical education in information technology
• Completed education in a technical job (preferred information technology)
• Experience in service desk work
• Ability to work in a team
• High customer orientation
• Positive attitude to the job
• Ability to articulate him/herself well
• Flexibility
• Can handle stress
• Observance of given timeframes (time management)
• Willingness and ability for independent working
• Ability to get quickly acquainted with new tasks

Must
• Good Knowledge and experience (min. 3-5 years) in Administration of Netware 6.x
• Good Knowledge and experience (min. 1year) in Administration of Novell OES
• Good Skill and knowledge for doing all administrative tasks regarding the related Services.
• Certificate of CNE and/or CLE (OES II)
