We are looking for a “PMO Consultant (m/f)” for our client from the energy sector.Start: asap
Duration: 3,5 months +
Workload: 100 %
Location: Hannover (occasionally Düsseldorf & Würzburg)
Responsibilities:
• Evaluation of project progress and creation of project status reports
• Coordination of milestone meetings, integrating the various workstreams
• Documentation of identified measures & actions to bring forward the project
• Creation of process manual depicting individual process steps & respective actions of each party involved by using MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint
• Analysis of Single Project structure & creation of presentations for varying target audiences
• Creation of templates for documentation of single project phases output such as process map template, KPI description template, skill matrix template, template for team performance board by using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
• Steering & coordination of project related communication, using communication channels such as PING or native GUI
• Profiles are welcome in German
