4X SAP SUPPORT/JUNIOR/KEY-USER CONSULTANT - GERMANY - 3 months +RED is looking for 4 SAP Junior/Support consultants for one of our Global clients based in Germany for 3 month initial contracts.
Main tasks:
- Work on-site in shifts, from 06:00 - 14:00 or from 14:00 - 22:00 CET
- Provide on phone and in person assistance to the SAP users
- Guide users to create tickets with proper description
- Capture user issues (in German) and transmit to Level 2 support team in English - and reverse transfer solution if needed
- Review & sanity check Tickets
Desired expertise:
- Junior SAP Consultant/Analyst/Key user/Super User experience (2-6 years)
- Experience in one or more of the following modules ... PP/SD/MM/FI/CO
- Experience working in SAP support Projects (3-7 years)
- Fluent English & intermediate German language skills
Contract parameters:
- Start ASAP (4th March)
- Duration 3 months + (extension possible)
- Location: Germany
- Language: English + German
- Workload: full time (5 days per week)
