NextLink is looking for a SAP Transition Manager to work in Brussels, Belgium for pharmaceutical company.
The candidate shall take over responsibility for the delivery, while accountability remains with the Complaint Handling Management Lead.
Scope:
- Ensure that transition risk are adequately measured and necessary mitigation plan is available
- Define the transition timelines and track the progress of the transition
- Ensure the quality checks and necessary sign-off is obtained with the stakeholders during the progress of the transition
- Ensure the availability of the right skilled SMEs are involved in the transition
- Plan and schedule meetings with customer Stakeholders and ensure the required information is collected from stakeholders (through questionnaires etc.)
Technical skills:
- Stakeholder management at least 3 to 5 years' experience.
- SAP knowledge and exposure at least 3 to 5 years' experience.
- Application or service transition experience from one team to another
- Risk management.
Language: French and English- are a must.
Good to have skills:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to understand stakeholders requirements
