- Business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills
- Develop models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions based on sound analysis
- Develop best in class reporting enabling senior management to proactively manage performance
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Ability to clearly communicate to all levels of an organization and to drive and enforce decisions
- Ability to prioritize workload. Develop and manages processes that are effective and efficient
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German preferred
- Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals) or Business Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience
- Expert experience with MS office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Business Warehouse or Project Management Systems (e.g. Planisware) is a plus
