We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable as a SAP Site Support Consultant (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP)
Skills & experience required:
o SAP ECC functional knowledge in one or more modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP)
o 3-4 years of SAP support experience
o Good communication skill
o 2 shift operation at the sites 6am CET to 10pm CET
o Provide on phone/in person assistance to the SAP users.
o Guide the users to create tickets with proper description
o Capture user problems and transmit to L2 team in English and reverse transfer solution if needed
o Review tickets and check sanity in the ticket
o Fluent/Native German speaking & writing ability
