Service Scope for APO PP/DS Support / Tagesgeschäft / UnterstützungSupport of European users working in the range of production planning, execution and components planning (usage of tools PP/DS and customer-specific template DP&S)
Technical first-level support: Ticket management in ?Global Advanced Help Desk?
Explanation of processes and tools, best practice sharing with users
Identification of training gaps and conduction of trainings for end-users
Monitoring of background activities (e.g. CIF interface, regular conversion jobs from APO SNP to PP/DS and daily heuristics runs)
Master data checks and corrections for planning-related R/3 master data and APO master data
Regression tests of quarterly business release
Monitoring and reporting activities (e.g. KPI analysis, documentation, visualization)
Must-Have:
Expert Knowledge in APO PP/DS support and correlated areas as CIF, production execution, components planning, planning-related master data
Languages: German + English business fluent
Chemical company experience (minimum 1 year)
Anforderung:
SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
SAP APO PP DS (Produktionsplanung) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
SAP APO SNP (Supply Network Planning ) ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
SAP APO Core Interface (CIF) ++ (trained), 0-2 yrs.
