Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.
Batch Development following tasks:
• Manage the non-standard request queue
o Monitor the arrival of new demands and update the status of the others
o Determine the priority of the demand and drive or execute the processing of it
o Perform the necessary client-communication on the status of the demand in order to anticipate on escalations
• Create JCL and Scripts
o Create the necessary scripting based on the design
o Test the scripts and perform the put into production
o Ensure a proper version management of scripts
• With regards to standardization
o Identify opportunities to standardize the processing of demands that are currently handled via the non-standard workflow
o For solutions spanning multiple countries, the DE preferred standards have to be explained in a structured way (technical training) to the other country and arbitration has to be done in case of conflict of standard
Job Scheduling following tasks:
• With regards to “lights” on activities:
o Perform all activities from the processing of the demands to the planning of jobs on all IS platforms
o Give feedback to the clients of the Job Scheduling service regarding the processing of their demand
o Deliver support during Releases and Applications Tests
o Monitor the progress of planned tasks and solve Job Scheduling related incidents and problems
o Respect and apply regulation rules like data protection and security
o Build and update operational and technical documentation
o Stand-by and work at weekends and bank-holidays
• With regards to projects:
o Deliver Job Scheduling related information
o Assure Operational Compliancy
o Give advise best practise method
• With regards to the continuous quality-improvement
o Identify and implement improvements that contribute to a quality-increase
o Industrialisation of operational processes
o Respect and apply the services of our client and ITIL processes
o Respect of Service Levels
o Follow up, apply and drive the process performance management
Technical requirements:
• Operational knowledge is required the following IT platforms: IBM Mainframe / ZOS, Windows Server and Linux
o to schedule tasks
o to write scripts / JCL
o to examine incidents and problems
• Mainframe Tools: TSO, I/TWS, OPC, SDSF, JCL ISPF
• Distributed environment: OS (Basic Administration knowledge of Windows (Server) & Linux), File-transfer, Windows (BAT) and Linux shell scripts
• (C-shell, Korn-shell, Bourne-shell), Network (Base knowledge of TCP/IP networking)
