Job Description:1. SAP ECC functional knowledge in one or more modules (FI / CO, MM, SD, PP)
2. 3-4 years of SAP support experience
3. Good communication skill
4. 2 shift operation at the sites 6am CET to 10pm CET
5. provide on phone / in person assistance to the SAP users.
6. As needed they guide the users to create tickets with proper description
7. Capture the user problems and transmit to L2 team in English and reverse transfer solution if needed
8. Review tickets and check sanity in the ticket
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Good German and English speaking & writing ability
