• Deep Functional knowledge in all HCM Modules specifically in German Payroll and Time Management• German Read & Write skills
• To talk to business users to understand the details about the issue for resolving incidents
• To talk to business users to understand the business requirements for enhancements
• Experience in working with incident/problem management as a support analyst in ITIL
• To do out of office support if required
• To be part of application maintenance transition from other vendor to HCL. As part of it, needs to document the knowledge gathered in agreed templates and play it back to the incumbent SMEs/Customers
