The services of the contractor (service) will be provided in the context of an "Accounting SAP" project.
The functional domain also covers the central procurement processes.
The project will take place in Madrid with minor travel around Europe (max. 10%).
The client expects to need the candidate for 4-5 days a week over the next year.
Tasks:
- Complexity-reducing processing, structuring and documentation of extensive issues
- Creation of presentations on professional strategies for the target group management and specialist departments, predominantly in the format MS PowerPoint
- Contributing to the maintenance and structuring of the project in the used applications
- Support for central services, eg for risk management, reporting, fixing dates
- Supporting the team in organizational matters
- Supporting the project manager in all organizational matters
- Supporting the project manager on the tasks (tracking)
- Support project planning according to a given methodology/templates provided
- Align with project manager
- Monitor data and cutover progress and communicate to leadership team including status, progress, issues, etc
- Ensure all tasks from cut over plan are executed on time
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, control and report
Requirements:
- Experienced project assistant
- Self-driven communication skills
- Several years of experience in projects
- Very good stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with standard office software (eg Microsoft Project, Excel must be Advanced)
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish
- Experience with projects in large corporations
