Senior Communication & Engagement Specialist
Berlin, Germany (6 Month Contract)
My exclusive client based in Berlin are seeking the interim services of an experienced and Global/Enterprise level Communication & Engagement Specialist. This role requires an expert knowledge about communication and engagement approaches, processes, methods and tools. Additionally, past practical experience in global and significant transformation programs at large scale for this role.
Role & Responsibilities
*Defining a standard set of business processes, implementing a new operating model as well as introducing enabling technology based on SAP
*Building a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy for all stakeholder groups (from C-Suite to user level)
*Seek constant alignment and feedback on communication strategy
*Building and maintaining a communication plan and delivering against the defined milestones
*Implement communication feedback channels and measurements for success
Experience & Candidate Specification
*Minimum of 10+ years' experience working on IT projects in complex environments
*Proven track record in communication & engagement expertise in communication practices and tools.
*Ability to deliver written communication items, communication to different audience groups including executives and end users
*Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement strategies
*Strong Facilitation skills
*5+ years' International experience with intercultural competence
*Good knowledge of Project Management best practices
*Ability to deal with broad audiences from executives to project
*Ability to operate in a global Matrix environment
*Strong communication and presentation skills
