Embedded Software Engineer - Immediate Start - Hannover, Germany - 50- 60EUR/hr - 6-12 months
My client in Hannover is looking for a talented Embedded software developer to assist the with a 6-12 month project. This project has the potential to be extended for years so please apply ASAP if you are interested or you are aware of additional candidates who may be looking for a new project.
Work description:
- Embedded software development (Linux)
- Performance and memory measurements
- Development of scripts
- Development of prototypes
- Software integration (eg integration of 3rd party software)
- Configuration of linux system
- Error analysis, debugging and corrections
Skills:
- Master in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Deep experience with Linux development
- Linux memory and performance management concepts
- Linux startup concepts, SystemD
- Linux frameworks( DBUS, Udev etc) concept knowledge and monitoring skills
- Linux Standard tools (Bootchart, gdb, git, systemtap)
- Scripting languages: Shell, phython
- C++ and C experiences in Embedded software development
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Systematic problem solving skills
