Client uses SAP Plant maintenance and the mobile platform work manager as is global maintenance system. For that we will need a SAP PM expert who will do the following tasks:• Conduct online or classroom trainings on a global scale
• Prepare and update training material if required.
• Drive the fleet wide project of updating the functional location structure. Guiding the discussion on which classifications are needed, suggest potential better use and new functionalities surrounding the functional location structure based on an in-depth analysis of our structure,
- implement BOMs
• Support the business in setting up new maintenance plans where needed and maintain the basic start date for reporting purposes
• Be the point of contact in the team for the Danish and Swedish fleet for PM, MM and Mobile.
• Contribute expertise to other SAP related topics such as barcode scanning, PRTs, etc.
• Onboard a new site in Sweden: new plant code & FL structure, authorizations,
- do extensive testing of SAP work manager
Anforderung:
SAP PM (Instandhaltung) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP MM (Materialwirtschaft) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
*- Subject matter expert for SAP Materials Management & SAP Plant Maintenance and mobile (SAP work manager & inventory manager)
- Contact person for business stakeholders to solve tickets (bugs) or answer questions by going to site or online sessions
- Interface between operational business and IT department (E.ON Business Services) as well as Finance and Controlling
- Preparation of technical concepts and functional designs for new SAP enhancements
- Responsible for business acceptance testing and audit proof validations
- International Education / Training (either remotely or in classroom) in Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden and Denmark.
- Working closely with internal and external IT service providers in the implementation of the requirements and rollouts.
