Looking for a new project?Our international client is currently looking for a Mobile Device Manager (m/f/d) in Cologne Germany.
Description:- Our Client is implementing a Mobile Device Management (MDM) software in EMEA. In addition, the company?s national IT support field service shall be redesigned, tendered and implemented.
Your Tasks
- IT project management with hands-on experience in fieldservice and MDM implementation
- Work out concepts
- Manage RfQs from an IT perspective
- Be responsible for the Implementation / Rollout
- For the field service processes the person will be supported by an existing resource who has expertise in fieldservice processes
Skills:
Important:
- Prepare and functionally manage RfQs
- Steer and control external and internal parties on work packages / tasks
- Define requirements for roll out to other countries (jointly with central functions and local departments)
- Work jointly with internal departments on policies and other rules and regulations (Works Council, Legal, Procurement, Local IT, Finance)
- Plan and drive implementation (MDM) and transition (fieldservice)
- Project Management Skills (planning, reporting, communication)
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with Mobile Device Management applications like AirWatch (necessary)
