My client is currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer for a contract opportunity based in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Execution of 1st line services tasks
- Support for CRM & IT rollout (hardware/software)
- First level support in software and hardware as well as support of users in IT-relevant issues
- Creation and administration of user accounts
- Software installation and configuration (via software distribution)
- Experience in IT, preferably IT support, IT service desk, IT field service
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Windows 10 and Office 365. iOS desirable.
- Experience in telephone IT support incl. Remote control Strong service awareness and good documentation skills (eg in IT ticketing systems)
- Independent work, commitment, reliability and willingness to take responsibility
- Teamplayer qualities and the ability to openly approach people, as well as complex ones To present topics in a simple and understandable way
- They speak English and German fluently in spoken and written
