For my client in Munich, I am currently looking a PCB Layouter (m/f/x) - specifically you should be familiar with Mentor Xpedition.You would be accountable for the provision and support of complete PCB collateral cycle.
Tasks
- PCB schematic entry and layout creation in Mentor xPedition
- Generate production data for PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly
- Drive activities with PCB fab and assembly external partners, answer technical questions and resolve technical issues
- Support methodology activities for PCBA quality improvement
- Ensure communication among team members and/or project members
- Ability to work with key internal and external stakeholders in international teams
- Optionally provide support for PCB library part creation in Mentor xPedition tool environment
Experience/Skills
- Extensive experience with Mentor xPedtion CAD tool
- Project experience with fine pitch HDI Design with at least 12 layers
- Experience with DC/DC converters advantageous
- Knowledge of manufacture & Assembly technology
- Electronic circuit knowledge not necessary but a plus
Key Dates
Location: North-East from Munich, still reachable by public transportation
Duration: 6 Months, extension highly-possible
Volume: full time, 2 days remote possible
Project Language: English, German advantageous
