Dauer: 3 Monate + Option auf Verlängerung

Job Description:
Candidate should be proficient in evaluation, reassignment, and solution-finding of end-user problems for customer related global SAP HR processes in the areas of Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration which are implemented to a SAP-HR system (ECC 6.0).
General knowledge of all SAP HR HCM modules is highly recommended. Additionally, candidate may also be requested to provide additional translation services with communications for the application support. Candidate should be proficient in German and English languages. This candidate will be responsible for translating and clarifying problems reported by HR customers primarily from the German to English languages.
Required Qualifications:
- Practical experience in all HCM components including customizing, transactions and reports
- Understanding of HR Actions
- Practical experience with the global HR processes mentioned above
- Perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging
- Excellent English language skills (in command of the written and spoken language)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Incident Management techniques and tools (SAP CRM)
- Exposure to knowledge database concept
- Knowledge of ITIL (Best Practices)
- Practical experience in application support
- Additional language skills (France, Spanish or Italian)
- SAP-HR knowledge (Master data, Payroll, Time Management)
- Understanding of SAP Notes and Releases Additional
