Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:

Project description:
Our client is a worldwide manufacturer for empowering the digital transformation and its German site is located at the heart of the Bavarian capital. They stand for flexibility and collaboration in every sense. In Germany they employ around 150 people, worldwide more than 5,000 with more than 35 languages spoken.
Because of its continual growth, both in customer's success and internal development, the internal HR team of three brave knights are working on a numerous vacancies to fill with great people for the Munich office.

Your primary responsibilities:
supporting the internal team with recruiting power for various positions mostly within (IT) Sales and (IT) Account Management
sourcing talented people, getting in contact or staying in touch for a later consideration, evaluating applications, cultivating a talent pipeline, identifying the greatest personality, all whilst representing our customer as future employer with its values and goals
embracing all steps during the recruiting process, to start with building a network through different on- and offline channels, creating a relation with the future employees, you will be their partner on the common path until they become your colleagues
providing feedback and every information needed on both sides
collaborating with your management to help coordinate staffing initiatives

Your key competencies:
5+ years' experience in Sourcing, Recruiting, ideally with focus on Sales and/or Information Technology (IT)
University degree with major in HR, Business Administration or any other beloved course work you mean might fit
structured and independent way of working, able to prioritize your tasks
experienced in communication and building strong relations with enough empathy and sensitivity for all eventualities that can occur
fluent in German and English

Basic parameters:
Location: Munich
Duration: 6 months at least
Fulltime
Freelance contract, open for long term engagement
