Open Text Solution Architect (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Demonstrate technical leadership and innovation to make a significant contribution in improving the quality and functionality of solutions in OpenText
- Leading integrations between OpenText solutions and other systems from a technical perspective
- Interaction with business partners and IT partners to understand specific requirements to design valuable solution improving business process and avoiding complexity
- Get a good understanding of business planning, business processes and strategies to eliminate bad solution designs
- Select and compose external architect team members for big scale projects
- Review and identify best fit architectural vendor proposals that bring value and ROI
- Organize technical requirements sessions with the team to transition design into a working solution
- Lead and assist technical colleagues throughout the course of projects and mitigate any risks to existing business processes or to the solutions success
- Involved in training with support teams to make sure appropriate support and maintenance is guaranteed
- Level 3 support on the active applications
Main qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Profound expertise in cloud technology solutions (architectural designs)
- Experience in software development such as Java, JS, C++
- Experience of Object Oriented Design and usage of different database technologies
- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of software version control techniques
- Experience working in a team
- Good English language skills; Spanish, French and German would be beneficial
