For one of our clients we are looking for a Technical Analyst for privileged User management and access (PUM/PAM) to IT systems

Project description:
The project aims to implement tools and processes to manage privileged users and privileged user access to IT systems in office IT and Operational IT at power generation and storage facilities. Project owner is corporate information security department.

Task:
The candidate shall lead the PAM project as an Analyst and Architect.
The desired deliverable is a complete and comprehensive picture of the current IT landscape including SWOT and security risk analysis of privileged user access to servers, applications and end points.
Collect requirements and prepare for tender.
Consultant in vendor selection process
Prepare POC
Create POC use cases and decision matrix
The desired deliverable is a complete and feasible plan and technical architecture for the implementation of a PUM/PAM tool set.
Create target architecture for later PUM/PAM System
Compile business and technical plans for successful implementation
Create work break down structure for implementation project to support the PM
Engage with stakeholders to gain support for the success of the project
Outline PUM/PAM processes and engage with service operations to implement processes
Propose service operations model, create run book
Manage assigned service providers
Evaluate benefits, cost and return on investment (ROI)

Required experience:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven experience in Privileged User Access Management systems for SaaS and On-Premise IT systems
Business fluent English and German language skills
BPMN and UML notation skills
Ability to break down work structure, track progress, supervise results from a technical angle
Experience in the Energy and Utilities sector

Duration: 20 months+
Location: Düsseldorf (40% onsite, 60% remote)
