Main tasks:
- System Monitoring (Zabbix Tool Configuration)
- 1st level support - Coordination of 2nd level support
- Creation of SOPs and knowledgebase articles
- DeltaV Hotfix Implementation and demand
- Administration of the industrial network and domain administration
- Patch management (implementation and planning support)
- Network configuration
- Active Directory configuration, security policy configuration
Main qualifications
- Experience with Zabbix tool configuration
- Experience with the 1st and 2nd level support
- Knowledge of SAP MII
- Experience with DeltaV Hotfix Implementation
- English is mandatory: ability to read and write English minimum B2 level or equivalent
