Beschreibung
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir dringend 2 Wireless Support Engineers (w/m) für folgende Aufgabe:Verantwortung:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems at the NodeBs
- Site quality control, identify the A/B/C class failures and correct them if possible
- NodeB software and alarm management according to requirement of our client;
- Support SLM in troubleshooting faults on site.
Aufgabe:
- During site installation, work on site and help the installation partner to control the quaility
- If the partner has some trouble on site, he/she will coordinate with the partners and clear the issues
- On site software update if necessary for trouble shooting
- Identify and if necessary escalate possible problems to the team leader
Dokumentation:
- Perform Site Acceptance and fill acceptance report.
- Perform hardware installation quality checks and submit problem report.
- Other relevant documents according to requirement of our client;
Skills:
- Good English Language Skills and good German language
- 2 years Experience in field force or FLM
- BTS+amp;NodeB software management Experience
- Must have a valid driving licence and own car;
- Travelling in different regions and sites is required

Dauer: 3 Monate mit Verlängerungsoption
