Beschreibung
We are looking for a UC Engineer (CCNP level but certification not essential) who has a few years experience in support and troubleshooting (level 2 & level 3) for Cisco UC.A large focus of the project will be on CUCM support but other Cisco UC product knowledge will be useful (uccx/ucce/telepresence/unity/etc). Voice gateway and SIP experience will also be good to have but again not essential. They must have experience of speaking directly with the end customer to troubleshoot and ticket based support in a team.
