For one of our clients we are looking for an User Requirement Analyst (m/f)Task:
Establishment of a User Requirements document for an overall IT Service and System Monitoring / Management solution as basis for a future tender (system and network monitoring, alarm correlation, event handling, central event console, automatic ticket generation in ticket system / service management tool, automation, business service monitoring (console) etc.)
Skill:
experience in developing and supporting mission critical IT Service and Systems Monitoring / Management solutions / infrastructures
Market overview of key solution providers and their products
IT Service and Systems Monitoring / Management concepts and processes following best practise, i.e. ITIL processes (in particular in the areas of problem service level, availability, capacity, incident, problem and change / release management
CA eHealth Suite and / or other IT Infrastructure monitoring and reporting systems such as HP Openview Network Node Manager (NNM), CA's Spectrum or IBM's Tivoli etc.)
IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, for example Marval Pursuit / Trakit
(Crystal Reports etc.)
Microsoft Office suite (XP to 2007)
virtualisation techniques for network, servers and storage
Windows, Linux, Solaris and Oracle environments
Start: 18.10.2010
