Unterstützung im Bereich Business-Prozess-Automation
Aufgaben:
- Tägliche Kontrolle der Batchproduktion
- Produktionsfehlerbehebung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
- Analyse von Fehlersituationen und Erarbeitung von Lösungen zur Korrektur
- Aufbau neuer und Änderung bestehender Abläufe
- Beratung des Kunden hinsichtlich Design neuer Abläufe
- Berücksichtigung und Anwendung der bestehenden Standards und Vorgaben um Auditanforderungen an Konfiguration und Sicherheit gerecht zu werden.
- Einhaltung und Nutzung der ITIL Prozesse für das Incident-, Change- und Problemmanagement.
- Betriebsführungsdokumentation (Atlassian Confluence Wiki)
Kandidatenprofil
- Bachelor/Master of Science (Informatik) oder Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w) mit Schwerpunkt Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung
- Kenntnisse von ITIL konformen Betriebsprozessen in einem Rechenzentrum
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Betriebssystemen Unix/Linux und Windows
- Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessautomation/Batchverarbeitung wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen mit der Erstellung von Shell-/DOS/PowerShell-/Perl-Skripten sowie der Nutzung von Webservices (REST) sind wünschenswert
- Projektorientiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Analytisches Denken und schnelles Auffassungsvermögen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und qualitätsbewusster Arbeitsstil

- Flexibilität sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit
