For one of our client wea are looking for a Business Manager (m/w)Lead Business Manager
The group is global and includes approx 65MM of annual budget.
Responsibilities:
-General Financial Management of the group
-Coordination of 2011 Budget process across global team
-Daily/monthly/quarterly/ad hoc financial reporting and analysis at a P+amp;L and project level
-Client relationship management, including client budgeting, forecasting and reporting in addition to regular client reviews
-Provider P+amp;L balancing and recovery management
-Client project forecasting
-Budget build and project set up for next financial year
-Project status reporting co-ordination with the Programme +amp; Project Managers
-Investment Governance
-Headcount resource planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and reconciliations
- Management of purchase order and invoice processing teams
Management of control processes such as Business Management of control processes such as Business Requirement forms
-Management of PMO reporting
-Solid financial experience and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes
-Excellent time keeping and prioritisation, to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with various work-streams and demands in place simultaneously
-Ability to deal with all levels of Technology and Business organisations effectively and efficiently (MD level)
-High proficiency in Excel
